Twenty years ago, I was a working professional and mother in Dublin—exhausted, overwhelmed and completely disconnected from my own health. I tried every quick fix, every standard recommendation and every promise of a better solution, yet nothing felt sustainable.
Everything changed when I began exploring a gentler, more holistic approach to health. Instead of chasing perfection, I learned how to listen to my body, understand what it needed and create sustainable habits that fit realistically into demanding everyday lives.
Today, that experience shapes the way I support my clients. While my primary passion lies in guiding women through their unique health transitions, I proudly work with both men and women who are ready to move past burnout. My goal isn't to give you another strict plan to follow—it's to help you find a healthier, calmer and more confident way forward.
